The words "you" and "your" mean the user of the website. The words "our", "we", "us", "Garmzy" and "Garmzy.co.uk" mean Garmzy Limited the owners of the Garmzy.co.uk website.

Use/Access Of The Website

By using or accessing the Garmzy.co.uk website you are therefore bound to these terms and conditions.

 

Payment

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

At Garmzy.co.uk we accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo and Electron. WorldPay will handle your payment transaction on behalf of Garmzy.co.uk. They provide a high level of security for Internet shopping.

After you have placed your order an email will be sent confirming that we have received your order. This does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

The contract will be concluded in English.

The option of paying by cheque is also available; please make payments to "Garmzy.co.uk". For those customer paying by cheque you will need to print 2 copies of your receipt which will be displayed at the end of the online checkout process. Please keep a copy of the receipt for yourself. Then send a cheque and a copy of the receipt to us the following address:

NOTE: we cannot process your order until your cheque has cleared this can take up to 7 days from the date we receive your cheque.

The following rules apply to purchase from our website: Customer must be 18+ and the cardholder of the credit card being use, the name and address entered for this order should match that of the cardholder for security reason otherwise the order will not be dispatched. We will only deliver to the address of the Credit card holder for security reasons.

If we are unable to process your credit card, please check that you have entered the correct card number and expiry date.

Delivery

All orders made before 1pm will be dispatch the same day but orders placed after this time will be shipped out the next working day excluding Weekend orders and bank holidays. Order placed will be sent using Royal mail special delivery service, so please make sure someone is home to sign for the parcel or arranged a day, which is convenient for you.

All orders made by cheque payment will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared. This process normal takes 7 working days after receiving the cheque.

If you are concerned by a late delivery please note it could be because of a credit card authorization process but please do not hesitate to contact us.

There is a delivery charge of £4 for UK destinations that are covered by the Royal Mail postal service.

Please note the fee for USA post and packaging is £12, deliveries to the USA normally take 3 working days from the day of posting, but please allow up to 28 days.

Deliveries outside of the UK normally take three days to reach Western Europe and four days to reach Eastern Europe after the day of posting, but please allow up to 28 days.

For postal reasons the countries in the list below are treated as part of Europe. Please note the fee for European post and packaging is £12.

Items Out Of Stock

Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we do not have an item that you have ordered in stock, we will notify you by email, occasionally we may get that item back in stock this may take up to 28 days, we will contact you if this is the case.

If we are unable to provide you with the goods you have ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible at which point you will be offered the choice of accepting substitute goods of equivalent value or a refund.

Cancel Order

After you have placed an order it is possible for you to cancel your order by sending an email to cancel@garmzy.co.uk and quote your Order Number, which you should receive by email after placing an order. If you receive an email that includes the words "Order shipped" then it is to late too cancel your order using email, you will have to return the goods to us and comply with our returns policy (see Returns).

Returns

Goods may be returned if you are unsatisfied or the item is faulty, please e-mail us first at returns@garmzy.co.uk. We will provide you with a "Returns Reference" and you will also need your order number at hand. Clothing returned must be unworn, unwashed, and completed with tags attached in its original packaging. The item must be returned with original purchase receipt that must be placed inside the parcel for safekeeping. Without carrying out the above procedures, your returned items will not be accepted. The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. We will not accept any items returned after 7 day period. Please ensure all returned items are sealed properly in appropriate packaging and for your own safety send the items back using a recorded delivery service. Delivery charges for returned items will not be reimbursed.

A refund can only be made to the card that was used to purchase the items. Purchases made by cheque will be refunded by cheque only to the cheque holder who paid for the order.

Exchange

If your returned items complies with our returns policy (Returns) above it is possible we may be able to exchange that product for another product of your choice on our site that is the same value as your returned product.

Disclaimer

The Mixtapes use on Garmzy. co.uk are for promotional use only (not for sale), therefore the fees payable to Garmzy are for postage and packaging, website maintenance and promotional services. The providers of these mixtapes are DJ's, managers and record labels.

Privacy Policy

Garmzy does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. We may from time to time send all customers and website users information emails.

Garmzy holds the rights to correct any errors at anytime without notice.


Data Protection

All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Please note that by sending us your order, you agree to us using your personal details in order to supply the goods to you (which may involve passing them on to relevant third parties such as delivery firms). We will write to you asking for permission if we wish to use your information for any other reason. Also you can write to us at our postal address if you wish us to remove your information from our system.
